Rainbow Eclipse Creations was founded more than 15 years ago, during that time I have made, sold, and gifted many different types of jewelry and other items.
Like most, I started out selling to friends and family then moved onto consignment shops and local sales.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Return and exchange details
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me if for any reason you are not happy with your item(s) please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I will be happy to discuss the item with you and make any necessary refunds or exchanges that do not conflict with our policies.
Items that aren't in their original condition upon return, including signs of wear or alteration, can't be returned and will not be refunded.
Please note that I do not refund shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise, except for cases of defects or damages for which my shop is responsible.
I ship all small items for free, with tracking via USPS within 5-7 business day of cleared payment.
Larger items are shipped via UPS Ground and you pay for shipping. Apologies, we can't afford to absorb the cost of shipping!

Custom orders normally take longer to prepare and ship as each item is handmade by me. I will provide you with an approximate completion and ship date when it is available.
Please realize that shipping during the holidays does take longer, so make sure to complete your order in advance.
